Sienna X self-tan lotions glide onto the skin to create a flawless natural-looking glow – and you can choose from six different tanning strengths to create a tailored, long-lasting tan.

How the tanning process works: the skin is made up of two main layers - the epidermis and dermis. The epidermis is also made up of layers. The outermost layer of the epidermis, the stratum corneum is where self-tanning occurs. DHA reacts with amino acids on the skin and oxygen in the air causing the skin to turn brown, giving the appearance of a tan. That is why the colour change produced by DHA creating the tan effect will gradually fade. A sunless tan will usually last about 5-7 days, although Sienna X’s products for pre and post-tan care are designed to help prolong it.

Sienna X have recently launched a capsule skincare collection that combines beauty must-haves developed by industry experts, including a powerhouse retinol serum, a gentle eye cream and a toning solution.

Sienna X do not use parabens, alcohol or SLS in their products.
