The perfect date-night look - the tight, but not uptight, double headband. Here's how to get the look with Kérastase.

Step One 
Spray Kérastase Matérialiste generously into your hands and apply to your hair from root to tips. Matérialiste is an all-over thickening spray gel, which will grip to your hair fibres and add instant body for denser and thicker-looking hair. Section the hair down the middle in two parts.
Step Two
Create a three-strand braid on the left section going upwards from the nape to the back of the ear and direct around the front of the head. Continue to braid this until complete, then secure with a hair band and repeat on the right side.
Step Three
Cross one braid over your head like a headband and pin it securely in place. Don’t worry too much about being neat when pinning this braid, as you can ensure the second braid is placed over the top of any visible pins.
Step Four
Once the first braid is securely pinned, repeat the process on the other side. Ensure you’re crossing the second braid over the first and once you’re happy with how this looks, pin it in place. To finish, spray Laque Couture Hairspray.
