We spend 1/3 of our life sleeping so there’s no reason why we shouldn’t be paying more attention to ourselves and how we sleep.

Dr Nerina Ramlakhan says: “One of the reasons we don’t sleep is because we have become so restless, we’re so wired that we can’t switch off.

Dr. Nerina advises that, if we get good sleep, it helps to keep us well and healthy.

We need to take time for ourselves, value ourselves and allow ourselves to be pampered.

Throughout the day, we need to have a break, step away from demand and technology, feel our feet on the ground and take a deep breath.”
