Q&A:

  • What’s your signature beauty style?

My beauty style has always been pretty natural and classic but I do love to experiment with a new makeup trend or fun hairstyle every now and then.

  • What’s your no. 1 hair care tip?

Get your hair trimmed often, even if you’re growing it out. It keeps it looking healthy and thick and prevents breakage.

  • What’s the best beauty advice you’ve been given in your industry?

Oh gosh, I’ve learned so much from working with so many hair and makeup artists throughout the years that it’s hard to pick. I think the best beauty advice is to drink lots of water and and always remove your makeup before bed. It really makes a difference in your skin.

  • How has social media changed your attitude to beauty?

Social media has made everything way more accessible. I love that I can watch videos on youtube or instagram to learn new beauty techniques! Whether it’s reviews of new products or fun hair tutorials, you can find just about anything.

  • What’s the equation for the perfect Instagram post?

Natural light + beautiful hair + flirty smile + personalised caption = instagram perfection.

People love posts that show your personality and let them get to know you!

  • Describe a typical day in your life?

As a model, my schedule is completely different every single day. It definitely keeps things interesting. One day I could be doing a shoot in New York and the next I could be on a plane to another city or country for a shoot!

If I’m at home in New York you can find me running around the city to castings or meeting up with friends for a workout class or lunch.

  • On your Instagram feed, what’s your favourite photograph you’ve posted and why?

It’s hard to choose! I love the photos that bring back memories of what I was doing and exactly how I felt at that moment, like photos of trips I’ve gone on.

Modelling wise, one of my favourites is a portrait shot by a photographer in LA. There was no hairstylist or makeup artist and I love how it turned out.

  • Your instagram is a mix of your professional modelling and your everyday life, how do you find the right balance?

When it comes to my instagram I try not to think about it too much. I like to share my modelling photos but I also like posting more personal things. Vacation photos, hanging out with friends, or just whatever I happen to be doing that day!

  • What’s your favourite thing about the modelling industry?

My favourite thing about the modelling industry is that it never gets boring. Fashion is constantly changing so each job and each day is different for me. I love that I get to travel to places I wouldn’t normally go and work with interesting people all the time. I feel like I’ve learned and grown up so much over the past few years doing this job.
