I wanted to create something to help us all to take some much needed time out of our hectic lifestyles.
We’re quite chuffed with our 4 daughters and Spacemasks are helping a great many people feel more relaxed.
My late mother; she was a widow at the age of 36, diagnosed with breast cancer at 41 and died at 48. She never grumbled and was adored by every single person she ever met.

Sleep more and swim more. Be less image conscious.
The CBT (Cognitive behavioural therapy) I had aged 22 when my mother died.
Cuddle my dogs or go for a facial. Or have lunch with The Groom at Mr Chow.
Be polite and that people are lazy – always and try and make things easier for people.
Growing a baby. I’ve had 4 and it’s miraculous.
Stay healthy, happy, swim more, spend more time by the sea and switch off more.
I’d ban chewing gum….
