Want firmer more luminous skin but can't afford to head to the spa? Thanks to DECLÉOR, we've got the answer with this facial massage routine.

Work your skin from the inside out with this 1 minute facial. Follow the below steps after the application of the DECLÉOR Prolagene Lift Contouring Lift Firm Mask.

Loved by celebrity facialist Nichola Joss, who’s worked her magic on the likes of Meghan Markle, this is the ultimate product for an at-home treatment.

Step One – Facial Oval Lift

This amazing facial massage starts with the chin. Skin has a tendancy to go down with age, so you’re going to massage the skin upward. Not only will this lift the chin area, it will make you look happier too! You should spend 10 seconds on this step.

Step Two – Cheekbone Lift

Then it’s time to target the cheek area. Massaging upward again, move the skin upward three times. Repeat this on each side of the face! You should spend 10 seconds on this step.

Step Three – Invigorating Taps

Now comes the fun part, the invigorating taps! Remember, these are taps, not slaps. Clap your cheeks firmly, but gently enough not to cause discomfort, do this on both sides of your face. You should spend 10 seconds on this step.

Step Four – Press Wrinkles

Last, but not least, it’s time to press those wrinkles. Begin with pressing and pushing skin upward from your brows toward your hair line. Lastly, press and smooth skin outward, from the centre of your forehead outward toward either side of your head. You should spend 20 seconds on this step.

This great workout for your face, the 1 Minute Facial Lift Yoga, will help keep your face in shape!

Oh, and stay tuned to our channels in October for your chance to win the ENTIRE Prolagene Lift collection.
