Terms & Conditions for Virgin Wines Competition

• The prize draw is open to residents of UK aged 18 and over, with the exception of the Promoters’ (Gorgeous Shop LTD) employees, their immediate families or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
• Entry mechanic: Answer question and enter details on entry form. 
• Incomplete, illegal, misdirected or late entries will not be accepted. Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed due to technical problems.
• Only one entry per person. Bulk entries from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Multiple entries made by the same person from various email or other accounts will not be accepted. 
• Entries must be received on or before 11:59am Friday 20^th July 2018.
• The draw date is Monday 23rd July 2018.
• The winner will be selected at random by a number generator and contacted using the email address provided. 
• If the winner does not reply by 31st July 2018, declines or forfeits the prize, Gorgeous Shop reserve the right to allocate the prize to another entrant. 
• Wines are subject to availability and in the unlikely event of stock shortages, the out of stock wines will be replaced with a similar wine of equal or greater value.
• The prize is as stated, is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. 
• The name of the winner will be available by sending a S.A.E. to Gorgeous Shop LTD, Archway House, Berkhamsted, HP4 2DG within 4 weeks of the draw date. 
• Gorgeous Shop reserve the right to vary these terms and conditions or cancel the prize draw at any stage in the event of circumstances arising beyond its reasonable control.
