Why did you reformulate Wild Rose?
Wild Rose collection is part of KORRES story; a synonym for glowing skin and an iconic, multi-awarded line that has thrived across the globe! Since the birth of the very first Wild Rose skincare product in 1996 – the 24 Moisturising & Brightening Cream, also the first ever KORRES product – the collection was extended to include the innovative sleeping facial, the Allure-awarded face oil with real rose petals in it, as well as a unique make up collection. As research evolves we felt it was time to re-invent this line for the first time after 22 years; we added powerful actives, we introduced brand new breakthrough products, we retouched the scent…new Wild Rose has the power to activate radiance!
What are the key ingredients in the new range?
We have used a high absorption stabilized vitamin C, called Super Vitamin C. This is considered the vitamin C golden standard! It demonstrates great stability, meaning that it does not get oxidized when it comes in contact with light and air. The oil is soluble, which means great affinity with the skin, while the oil environment protects vitamin C. It demonstrates 1000% better absorption than pure ascorbic acid, converting effectively into free vitamin C once absorbed by the skin. So this is an active that offers the same benefits from day 1 until the last drop is used at the bottom of the jar. Add all these elements up and you have a potent skin-lightening and anti-pigmentation factor, delivering advanced brightening and tone repairing.
Wild Rose oil, on the other hand, is our precious heritage ingredient; it’s a powerful oil, coming from the fruit of the plant with 9 times the vitamin C content of an orange juice. The list of benefits is impressive; it improves the appearance of fine lines and pigmentation, it offers radiance, it moisturizes, plumps, softens skin.
What is your favourite wild rose product?
The Wild Rose Advanced Brightening Bi-phase Booster is a personal favourite. This is a unique combination of an extremely high concentration of stabilized Super Vitamin C – 15% – with powerful actives targeting spot and hyperpigmentation; add to this 10% Wild Rose oil content and you get a glowing, spotless, luminous skin. It’s also free of synthetic fragrance, synthetic colour and silicones.
The Bi-phase Booster has been also awarded by Allure; actually this is the second Wild Rose product within two years to receive an Allure award – the other being the Brightening Face Oil. This is definitely a testament of KORRES innovation!

The Advanced Brightening Bi-phase Booster is ideal for those that are concerned with dark spots, dullness and signs of fatigue; the Brightening Face Oil is more of a traditional oil offering brightening and deep nourishment; the Advanced Repair Sleeping Facial – the 8-hour beauty sleep in a jar! – is the one that delivers baby-soft skin by morning turning a ‘stressed’, tired, rough complexion into a fresh, revitalised one; the 24h moisturising day creams of the collection address the specific needs of different skin types – normal, dry, oily – improving the appearance of first wrinkles along with the brightening effect.
