Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Oil, Gardenia Tahitensis Flower, Fragrance (Parfum), Tocopherol, Amyl Cinnamal, Linalool, Benzyl Salicylate, Hydroxycitronellal, Plumeria Rubra Flower Extract, Benzyl Benzoate.

- Place bottle in a bowl of warm water so that the oil melts from it's solid form
- For the skin: Massage directly into the skin, concentrating on dry areas such as elbows knees and ankles
- For the hair: Massage a small amount into hair and scalp. Cover with a warm towel and relax for 15 minutes. Shampoo and rinse.
- For the nails: Massage into cuticles as part of a manicure or pedicure
