Mica (CI 77019), Titanium Dioxide (CI 77891), Iron Oxide (CI 77491)
- To create basic foiling, lightly dampen a bareMinerals Wet/Dry Shadow Brush
- Dip into a Glimmer of choice
- Mix a paste in the lid
- Apply from lash to crease, sweeping into the crease
Glimmers can be applied wet, known as foiling, to create an opaque wash with a high sheen. Layering different colours, wet on dry, dry on wet creates rich contrasts of texture and depth.
